Overview

C.J. Manufacturing specializes in the manufacture design and build of close tolerance gages, tools, fixtures, and prototype parts.  Many of our gages are used for in-process inspection and/or final inspection.  Some unique fixtures are designed to measure finished product dimensions for parts such as aircraft turbine blades, nozzle segments, compressor wheels and rings.  We offer discounts on gage packages that consists of a gage for your inspection of incoming parts and one for you sub-tier supplier’s use during their in-process manufacturing and final inspection. C.J. Manufacturing also provides weld fixtures for sheet metal parts and target fixtures for castings.  We have concurrent engineering services (design and build) and exceptional inspection services.  Our products are used for aerospace, electronics and deep space applications, however we are expanding our capabilities to include work in other areas and welcome your ideas as to how we can work together.

 C.J. Manufacturing is AS9100 Rev.O9001:2000) compliant.  Our calibration system complies with Mil-Std-45662A.  The inspection facility is managed by seasoned professionals highly skilled in a wide range of measuring devices; including the state-of-the-art Mitutoyo Co-ordinate Measuring Machine.  C.J. Manufacturing is the ‘Certified Gage Supplier’ for Honeywell’s Gas Turbine and APU division in Phoenix, Arizona.

 We occupy a 13,000 square foot manufacturing facility, which contains a variety of machines from Engines Lathes, CNC Mills, Grinders, Jig Bores, to our CNC Lathes.  Premier toolmakers man all machines.  See our brochure for a complete equipment list.  We use E-2 Shoptech Industrial Software for quoting, job travelers, purchasing, costing, and other shop financials.
